Calling all news junkies! Updated daily, this game show is a bit like “Jeopardy!” and “It’s Academic” — with many more questions about what’s in the news. Questions are based on current events, news, sports, entertainment and general knowledge. Complete with buzzers and flashing lights, NewsMania™ lets you show off what you know and win prizes.

Booking Information

Groups larger than class capacity will be assigned staggered class times based on your group’s window of availability. *Additional times and locations may be available in conjunction with a Newseum event rental. Additional options for this program include: NewsMania™ can be offered in two Newseum venues, including the Newseum’s state-of-the-art TV studio; rates vary accordingly.

How to register and enroll

For more information or to book a team-building exercise for your group, please call the education reservation line at 202/292-6650 or contact Reservations must be made and final payment received at least two weeks before the program date. Please be advised that your preferred date may not be available, so have at least two dates in mind. We recommend arriving at the Newseum no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled program time.

Cancellation policy:

All sales are final. If you need to reschedule or cancel your program, please contact the Education Department at 202/292-6650 OR email before the date of your scheduled trip. There are no refunds for no shows or unused tickets.
